I meet the sassy and sweet Michelle at the CBC conference in Sandy just over a month ago! Since then we’ve been stalking each other’s blogs, and last night were even able to reconnect at a Girls Night Out! She as this great blog, with a ton of great ideas AND energy (she has 1 1/2 little ones). I remember those day’s and how MUCH I got done with only 1 1/2!

Hi There! I am so excited to be here on I’m Topsy Turvy today! Ashlee is so much fun and I love all her adorable accessories! I am even a little late getting this to her because of a certain late night GNO last night. ;)

Michelle, from A Little Tipsy here, taking the wheel for the day!

Nope not drunk (what a relief you will not be taking your tour with a drunk driver), I may or may not be a bit clumsy though.

A little about me, I am a SAHM with one crazy two year old boy and a big geek for a husband (don’t worry, he calls himself a geek). I love keeping busy and sharing all my projects and adventures whether they be Home decor, holiday projects, or discovering how to get permanent marker off granite counter tops.

Ashley wanted me to answer a few questions:

What is your favorite crafting tool or secret weapon?
Since I just barely got my first sewing machine, I have been a big fan of hot glue. Fast, easy, and effective on so many things.

What is your favorite 4th of July Tradition?
We always have a family reunion at some canyon property we own. We fill a giant vat (I have no idea how else to describe it, it’s like a 5′ x 5′ box on legs) with soda, have hand scooped lemon custard ice cream cones and a whole lot of family fun. It makes me feel like a kid again.

What is your favorite thing to do for birthday’s?

I love surprising people. Whether with a present they weren’t expecting, breakfast in bed, or a secret party, I love to see the look of shock and joy on their faces!

So, enough about me…here are a few of my favorite projects as of late.

$6 Berry Wreath

DIY Key Hanger

I kept with the key theme using Typewriter keys, music keys, and car keys.

Cute Sock Bean Bags

Well, I guess that about wraps things up. Thanks to Ashlee for swappin’ it up and thanks to you for letting me be your tour guide today. Watch your step on the way out and don’t forget to come visit soon!

Thanks Michelle for this GREAT opportunity! You are SO much fun and just beautiful! It’s SO fun getting to know you better!
