When I started making the crochet hats for the baby I got most of my inspiration from pinterest. I started looked up baby photography to find cute hats, poses, inspiration, etc… That’s where I first saw these cute baby cocoons. I actually made two!!
The first cocoon one I pinned was a homespun thread with a smaller hook. The cocoon pattern is easy and fast! Mine either turned out much smaller, or my baby is much bigger though… I wish I’d made it much bigger, Baby Boy looks cute but was miserable (it cut into his soft spot)
After I made the first one I saw this creamy thick cocoon and I had to make it! This bulky yarn cocoon pattern is also super easy and fast! So soft and adorable!!! Love both of these, remember these are for pictures only, don’t leave your baby in these!
