Update: we’ve had some complaints that my clutch and tutorial were too much like another bloggers. So Tam has been asked to take it down, which of course I am totally okay with. I am so sorry to have caused Tam problems. I based this basic pattern off of a small coin purse I made in college about (this is going to date me now) 16 years ago.
I honestly hadn’t seen the tutorial I’m being accused of stealing from and feel bad that Tam is the one receiving complaints because of it. There are thousand and thousands of crafters out there, who are at all different levels of experience and background when it comes to sewing. It’s not surprising that there would be incredibly similar tutorials. You know I’m not normally a sewing crafter and feel bad that one of the few times I do sew it’s turned into such drama. I guess I should stick with my cakes!
