I’ll be sharing pictures from my PROFESSIONAL birth story when I get them (SO excited!), along with a full run down on my big day! BUT I wanted to quickly share a few (unedited because I’m on my husband’s laptop) pictures of our newest addition (he arrived last night)!
We’ll be calling him Baby Boy here on the blog until he finds his own nickname! Catchy, don’t you think?
He’s already sharing his personality with us, nothing about this labor was like ANY of my others! He’s paving his own path already! Of course my pregnancy was pretty different this time around too.
He’s VERY calm, and so far a great sleeping and terrific nurser! At 8 lbs 15 oz he ties with my oldest (one week overdue) for my largest baby. Just imagine if he had also gone 2 more weeks! He looks SO much like his older siblings it’s comforting and kind of trippy at the same time!
Other than a bit of excitement at the beginning (he was butt down breech when we arrived) was a wonderful calm day, and recovery is going great! My mom drove down from Northern Idaho to surprise me and my sister, Mother in Law, oldest and sweet friend and photographer Kim also joined us! It was a wonderful day and I can’t wait to tell you all about it (when I get more sleep!)
Thanks for all the kind comments on Twitter and Facebook today! And for all the support through out my pregnancy! I’m so excited to have him here and I’m sure there will be lots of Baby centered Family posts on Sunday’s over the next few months!

Kim is totally amazing! it was wonderful having here there, not only did she totally fit in and was welcome company but she was generous enough to share advice with my sister (starting a photography business) and let her follow her around and learn from her! SO sweet!
