Remember how I’ve moved a lot (32 times)? And how I love ice cream? Well I have some GREAT news! Blue Bell Ice cream (the best ice cream EVER) is now in UT. Only in one place though, Ike’s Ice Cream shop inside the Provo Beach Resort. We were scheduled to visit them during our Shops at the Riverwoods blogger event. And with the luckiest timing ever… The power at accidentally went off just before we arrived so they needed up eating the ice cream!
Mmmm I would make the trip down to Provo JUST for this ice cream. It’s an adorable 50′s style shop complete with a glass bottle coke machine! SO cute. And check out this adorable carousel inside the shop. I think every time I go to an ice cream shop I think their shop should loose power so I can ”help” them by eating extra scoops.
The whole Provo Beach Resort was pretty cool! Bowling and a rope course upstairs, an arcade and this AMAZING indoor Flowrider. What is a flowrider??? I wish I got a picture, but basically it’s indoor surfing, watching the guys there it looked like so much fun. But I’m afraid I wouldn’t be as coordinated. But I bet teenagers would love it. An amazing place to host a birthday party!
