Eeeeek!!!! So better late than never! There were some AMAZING crafts linked up last week. I can’t believe how crazy life is right now. But honestly I love it. I have to admit I get a LOT more done when I’m busy, cause I have to be more scheduled.
I’ve been following and participating in Monday chat parties on twitter with Crafterminds. This week they challenged us to make blog goals. While I haven’t come up with all 5, but I do have my first one down for SURE! #1 blog goal, create a weekly schedule, when I craft, when I edit pictures, when I post and when I turn it off and spend time with kiddo’s and hubby. And #2 is to schedule my posts, plan my week/month/year better, how often and when to do giveaways, blog swaps, features, etc… Does anyone have any advice on how you do it? certain days? every day, but only for a certain time?? What works for you! Inspire me!

Oh my, HOLY AMAZING!! These matching octopus and outfits are INCREDIBLE!!! Just the Octopus are adorable alone, and then to add the appliquéd cuteness… OVERLOAD. I am SO in love with these. And they look so comfortable. Beverly, can I have a pair??? I think my girls and I need matching outfits like this. Bev (can I call you Bev?) I am constantly amazed by you and all you get done. Want to come over and help me??? (BTW, the pattern for the octopus, Oopsies, is free from Moda Bake Shop- can it get much better?)

Check out these hand painted signs on this amazing wooden wall at the Lowesville cafe from LoveLeigh again! She was inspired by the lovely stairs from Funky Junk Interiors. My room (soon to be the girls room— well hopefully soon) has wooden panels. I’m planning on getting rid of it, but if it could look THIS cute at the end I might have considered keeping it!!! LOVELY! She used a projector to get the basics up, and hand painted each piece of art, then used a sander to distress it all.

My kids finally earned all their money and got their Wii, for Christmas we got a few games and extra wii motes. Their favorite? Mario Galaxy!!! They like a few other Mario games too. This Mario Star Softie is the most adorable thing EVER! I totally need to make a dozen or so of these.
Does this look like metal??? Well it’s not, these 4 pieces of art are made from toilet paper rolls and paint!! Using a quilling method she created these individual pieces. Then she spray painted them with metal-look paint! How totally COOL is that???

I love to make cookies, who doesn’t, and I love to give them away. Or to give gifts to sick or perfectly healthy friends!!! I had NEVER thought of using these wide mouth canning jars to deliver cookies in STYLE! Aren’t they lovely? .
So there you have it, some of the features from last week. Don’t forget to take a button if you were featured.

And don’t forget to grab a button for you blog somewhere (or adding a text link is just fine!).

Hey, not sure what the problem is, but, your button won’t show up on my blog.
I’ve tried several ways. Is there a problem with the code perhaps?

Love the ruffled pillow! Thanks so much for thr feature on the Lowesville Cafe Wall Art. I say try this for the girl’s room and if you don’t like it then you can paint over it.
Blessings~

It’s a great idea! I’m still debating that room. It will be the last one I do in our remodeling this year so no rush!
