Topsy Turvy Tuesday #7

So I suck. No really, I do! The remodeling of the basement is about 2 weeks behind, school started and we’re living in a cabin an extra hour from everything with no internet or cell service! It looks like we’ll be there another MONTH! AND it’s supposed to start snowing anytime up there. ARGH! It will be nice when the remodeling is done, but for now it’s just making it difficult to blog, shop, email, twitter, etc… SO I still haven’t caught up on Topsy Turvy Features! BUT today my oldest three are in school and my husband is taking The Naked One hiking with his grandpa (yup, the Census is over so we’re back to being completely jobless again). SOOOOO that means I have all day to catch up on Topsy Turvy Tuesday’s! But first my Mono is kicking my butt still so I’m going to take a nap! BUT for all you early birds here is the link party (late of course) to get you started!

I updated my button so it will take you straight to the blog instead of the splash page. So if you already have the button you might want to get the updated one!

Oh, man, you are having a time, aren’t you? I’m sure you have hardly any time for yourself – thanks for the party, it is going above and beyond. In a way I am jealous – a cabin in the wilds sounds kind of wonderful, far from the madding crowd. Feel better, okay?

The cabin is nice, esp for my hubby and kids who love the outdoors. Personally I’m not a outdoor person, but a city girl, a city girl missing her blog, computer and craft room~ But it will be SO worth it when it’s all over! So I’m being a big girl about it. PLUS I’m getting to read books! Lot’s and lots of books! Which I love and have been missing lately in my life!

It’s running behind, but let’s be honest we all knew THAT was going to happen! It doesn’t help that my sweet MIL tend’s to make lot’s of last min changes to the plan! I think we’re running more behind than a normal construction job because of it, but that’s who she is so even that was expected!
