I missed Topsy Turvy Tuesday’s last week, and I’m late this week. It’s insane around here. Most of it hasn’t been posted yet either. It’s that time of year I guess. Eventually I’ll get caught up. In the last few week’s I have done a LITTLE posting. Like my Crochet button jewelry, Pumpkin pie milkshake, My favorite family cheeseball recipe, this year’s ornament- Mercury glass star, and finally my yearly goodie plates! With more and more to come!!! I built my mantel finally, but am still working on sanding and painting. Also I finished my kitchen back splash, but still need to seal between the back splash and counter top.
So I’m bummed I missed all the talent and crafts from last week, but I am looking forward to this week! Here are my features from 2 weeks ago!
I guess it’s fairly obvious by my older features that I’m in love with all these new chalkboard crafts everywhere. This chalkboard tray is no different. Using cheap trays in fun holiday shapes and turn them into holiday chalkboards! LOVE it! Remind me to get some of those great chalk pens too!
First Sew Can Do amazed us all with her Princess Leah hat, then the rest of her amazing star wars characters. NOW she give us this adorable elf hat! Love it! Cute cute cute. I still need to get the patterns for the star wars characters!
I grew up with a belt of bells on the back of my parents front door. I would LOVE to make my own belt of bells. this is going on the list for to do next season. It’s so Christmas-y, every time the door opens you get to hear all the jingles! Love it.
I decided to put the features post and the party post together, rather than separate from now on. I hope that more of the features will get the attention they deserve this way!
Remember, I look at EVERY single craft that get’s linked up, I simply can’t stand comment moderation and can’t take that extra time to always fill them out. So if you aren’t receiving comments from me that’s why! I really do love looking at all you do, and would love to gush and tell you that! So take off the comment moderations, pretty please! And while your at it? Lets turn off the music too please!! It’s hard to enjoy my Hulu while blogging with musical interferance!

Cheryl it is just TOO cute!! And I’m serious about the star wars stuff. The way things are going I’m pretty sure that will be one of our family Halloween costumes one year!
