Wow! This last week was another wonderful week! Thank you ALL who participated! I’m doing a shorter feature today because I’m in the middle of packing up to leave for a family reunion for the week as WELL as getting the basement we’re living in ready for the remodel that start’s TUESDAY! I’m so excited! In 6 week’s I’ll have a kitchen and laundry room downstairs. I’ll do a longer post laster, but the short of it is we’ve been living in two bedrooms and sharing a kitchen and laundry room with my in laws. Since we’ve decided to stay here in UT longer than originally thought my wonderful in-laws have agreed to create a basement apartment. This way we’ll still be close to them, but we’ll each have more privacy and space. Also my SIL was sharing the basement with us and she moved upstairs so we gained an extra bedroom and an office. Soon we’ll be able to separate the boys and girls and we’ll move into a different room. I was SUPPOSED to be doing lots of the remodel myself (I love this kind of thing) but the broken wrist put a damper on that. BUT I will take pictures!
Cowboy birthday party
To start us off this week the AMAZING Alison at Oopsey Daisy gives us this ADORABLE cowboy birthday party. This is SO going in my party inspiration folder! I love the wanted poster signs, the cake turned out great, and I’m a sucker for Bandana’s! Thanks for sharing!
pottery barn armillary
Michelle, at Someday crafts, is a person friend of mine. She actually invited me to guest post which totally help me take off! I adore her. On Monday’s she has a guest poster do some new and amazing craft. This last week was NO different. She had Christin from Pregnant with Power tools as her guest. Check out this AMAZING Pottery barn knock off Armillary! It’s made out of wood! She used embroidery hoops for the.. hoops~ Anyway. It’s a great tutorial and I’m excited to what else she does!
painted floors
Then over at The Pennionton Point she shows off her amazing and well painted floors! Inspiring. I really wanted to do some acid staining on the cement floors in the basement. But in the end it wasn’t much cheaper than adding flooring and a lot colder. So my dreams of acid staining cement will have to wait until we live someplace super warm again!
family tree
Check out this gorgeous family tree from Simpsonized Crafts! Audra gives a great tutorial, and I LOVE how it turned out. Of course it helps that I love white black and grey. I’ve been wanting to find some kind of family tree craft, but haven’t been happy with them. I’m adding this to my someday pile!
pokemon cake balls
And as I’ve just started having fun with cake balls I thought these were pretty cute. The fact that my kids like pokemon doesn’t hurt.
Popsicle soap
I am not sure WHAT I’m going to use this tutorial for, but I AM going to find a way to use these. SOOOOO cute! AND while I’ve made soap in molds before I learned a new trick to get rid of the bubbles! LOVES IT! But seriously could this be any cuter?

So if you were featured please remember to take a button! Thanks to all who participated! I can’t wait to see what you guys come up with this week!

I showed it to my husband and he totally thought it was made of metal! Way to go. And you used one of my favorite tools! A Dremel!
