Our first Topsy Turvy Tuesday was a hit! We got 77 links! I was worried no one would participate. So THANK YOU! An I hope you come back tomorrow for our second Topsy Turvy Tuesday. Now comes the hard part. I have always appreciated when one of my crafts has been featured at one of the parties I’ve participated in. Sometimes it was something I thought was good enough to be featured, and other times it was something I didn’t expect to be featured. I never could tell what would might tickle the blog owners fancy or not. And now it’s my turn! I didn’t realize how hard it would be to choose! I can’t imagine choosing less, or how hard it will be if I have more links next time. SOOOO Here it goes:
toddler purse tutorial
At Crystal’s Craft Spot she created this ADORABLE toddler purse, complete with a tutorial! Check it out! I have this on my list to make, both my girls would LOVE one of these!
anniversary table
At 3 Sun Kissed Boys Yanet created this AMAZING table for her anniversary. I have been looking for something I could do for our 10th anniversary this year. I can’t spend money, since we don’t have any, and with my husband out of work we can’t go anywhere, but THIS is brilliant. I can do this, and I’ll have a a stamp set in the end to use with more projects. I love it when the only thing I spend money on ends up being something I can use again later.
diy wall art
At Young and Crafty she created this cheap and great wall art! It has a huge impact, with very little money! I am FINALLY going to get to decorate, once we finish the remodel, because we’ll be living in one place longer than just 11 months. I’ve been collecting fun wall art projects with this in mind. I think maybe in my girls room in pink?
summer fun list
At DIY newlyweds Jenny has created a summer do to list. I love it!! Her’s is an adult version, based on a few kid friendly versions she found at various websites. BUT this one is my style. It’s printed! I have the worlds WORST handwriting so THIS I could do. And framing it so you can cross it off, and then erase it just to wipe off again!
beaded ponytailers
Lorie, at The Paisley Cupcake, created these cute crocheted beaded accessories. They remind me of my beaded crochet toddler socks. I think I could whip a few of these together for my girls one night while watching a movie!
storybook puzzle blocks
Now Camille, at Welcome to the Motherlode, is amazing. I am in love with 2 of the crafts she uploaded this week. I mean IN LOVE! I am TOTALLY doing the first one of these. She created these amazing blocks from a favorite children’s book! She had a second copy of it so they can read along with the story at the same time her little one plays with the blocks! Instead of looking around for a second book though I would just scan and print the picture I want to use. She’s even doing a giveaway of a 9 piece goodnight moon block set right now!
childs art turned softie
The other craft she made was AMAZING, but not one I could do! It’s wonderful. A great way to show off your children’s artwork, but I’ve never embroidered. I’d love to learn, and might just for this project. I love how she used freezer paper on the fabric so she can send it through the printer.
superhero party
At 733, Kim created this cute superhero party. I love the id’s she’s created, along with masks and the game of saving the superhero characters! It’s adorable and a great party theme!
Ice cream bar birthday party
And lastly Kim, at Moore Minutes, created an adorable ice cream bar! I’ve done a hot chocolate bar, a candy bar, and a popcorn bar, but I haven’t done an ice cream bar! I love the idea! I’m totally going to use this sometime!
So thank you for all the the links! I’m looking forward to tomorrow! If you were featured be sure to grab a featured button!
