I’m sure there are tons of fancy chocolate types out there but I find that Bakers tastes perfectly delicious.
Four 7 oz ramekins (I used mugs before I bought these, still taste good but I could never get them to come out perfectly. You could also use smaller ones and just make more.
A double boiler (but I don’t have one!) so my make shift way is to boil water in a pot with a glass bowl on top and melt the chocolate inside!
While the chocolate is melting (and you are making sure to stir frequently)….
Mix the eggs and sugar till it turns slightly whitish.
Butter the ramekins. Have NO FEAR here, the only way this goes wrong is if you don’t have enough butter.
Once the chocolate is completely melted take it off the heat and add the butter and stir till melted together.
Then add the egg mixture and stir together with a spoon until combined.
Next add the flour and stir.
Pour evenly into buttered ramekins. They can be made ahead of time.

Yeah Chels! I love chocolate molten cakes, and yours looks divine! I especially love the chocolate lace dome, its looks so pretty. If only my hubby was a chocolate lover…I’ll just have to make it the next time I’m hosting a bunch of women. Love ya!

Yum! This looks like a special occasion recipe. Otherwise I’d want to make and eat it everyday. Thanks for the great tute!
